Dynatrac Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

At Dynatrac, we are committed to maintaining the integrity of our brand and the value of our premium products. In order to protect our reputation and ensure fair competition among all our authorized dealers, we enforce a strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

What is MAP?

MAP stands for Minimum Advertised Price — this is the lowest price a Dynatrac product may be publicly advertised for, including but not limited to online stores, websites, social media, print ads, and email campaigns.

All MAP prices are based directly on the retail pricing listed on the official Dynatrac website at www.dynatrac.com. Dealers are expected to advertise Dynatrac products at or above these published prices.

MAP Policy Guidelines

• No dealer is permitted to advertise any Dynatrac product below the MAP price listed on our website.
• This policy applies to all public-facing advertisements, including online pricing, “add to cart” prices, instant discounts, and promotional banners.
• Phrases such as “Call for Price,” “Click for Lowest Price,” or any tactic that obscures or avoids MAP compliance are also a violation of this policy.

Enforcement

Dynatrac actively monitors all advertised pricing for compliance.

Any violation of this MAP policy may result in including (but not limited to):

• Immediate written warning and demand for correction
• Suspension of dealer status
• Revocation of authorized dealer privileges
• Termination of business relationship

This policy is non-negotiable. Compliance is expected from all dealers, regardless of size or sales volume. We do not make exceptions.

NOTE - ANY DYNATRAC PRODUCT SOLD UNDER MAP WILL RESULT IN VOIDED WARRANTY.

Final Notice

This MAP Policy has been established by Dynatrac unilaterally and is not subject to dealer acceptance. It is our responsibility to protect our brand, and we will continue to take all necessary steps to enforce this policy fully and without hesitation.
