Product Review (submitted on July 19, 2019):

The stock front axle on any Wrangler will sooner or later be damaged or worn out if you do any kind of off-roading with bigger than stock tires, Chrysler did not build the Dana 30 / 44 to hold up to real offroading and trail abuse.

Once you realize this there are 3 options for you to consider:

1) Keep wheeling stock axle and risk busting/breaking it in the middle of the trail and do potential damage to the entire driveline and have a long down-time

2) Reinforcing the stock axles through new sleeves, shafts, gussets, truss, etc - This a ton of custom fab work and it still does not fix a lot of the issues with the design of stock axles such as the extremely thin axles tubes, stock C's and clearance.

3) Replace the axles with a heavy-duty ProRock 44 axle from Dynatrac, which I chose.

When I had the realization that the stock D30 needed to be replaced I contacted Dynatrac and the guys there did an amazing job at completely taking every single detail and building the perfect extreme duty axle I was looking for.

I chose to go with pretty much all the upgrades (do it once and call it a day) with Dynatrac Axleshafts, Ball Joints, 1/2in Tubes, E Locker, etc.

Once I received the axles I was blown away how awesome it came out. Every single detail was perfectly built and the whole axle was a plug-and-play replacement for my stock.

On the trail, the ProRock 44 is a game-changer. Not only do I have more clearance, but the axle is so beefy and rugged that I no longer worry about hitting it again rocks, boulder, trees, etc. The performance and quality is incredible and I will 100% come back for the rear ProRock 60
