ProRock 80 IRS
Dynatrac™ continues to push the limits of innovation in axle assembly technology, with its all-new ProRock 80-IRS® Independent Axle Assembly. This is the evolution of the Pro60-IRS® and complements the ProRock XD60-IFS. The ProRock 80-IRS is designed to exceed the demanding needs of racing, military and commercial applications. It incorporates Dynatrac innovations from the company’s line of ProRock™ solid axles and the engineering and expertise that Dynatrac team brings to every project.
The ProRock 80-IRS packs incredible strength in a lightweight and easy-to-fit assembly, and it is made in the U.S. from all U.S.-made materials. The ProRock 80-IRS starts with the Dynatrac exclusive center section cast from nodular iron. This casting is designed to maximize ground clearance and strength. External mounting points allow the ProRock 80-IRS to be secured in the front or rear of common frame rail or tube chassis designs and narrow output flanges maximize half-shaft lengths to reduce operating angles. The ProRock 80-IRS features a massive 11.25-inch ring gear and 37-spline pinion, as well as 35-spline or optional 40-spline half-shaft flanges. The assembly is available with 934, Series-21 or Series-30 CV shaft interface flanges. Gear ratios ranging from 3.54 and 5.38 are available, and the ProRock 80-IRS will accept all popular open, limited-slip and locking differentials.
