Dynatrac Expands Operations

03/23/06

Recently Dynatrac expanded its Huntington Beach, CA operations by over 10,000 square feet of new warehousing and assembly space. The new space will allow Dynatrac to better serve its customers by providing more space to store components and finished goods while providing more assembly and quality-control stations. It will also create more space in the manufacturing building for machine shop and raw material storage expansion to improve lead-times and product offerings on Dynatrac’s proprietary axle assemblies, hub conversion kits and other specialty items for truck and off-road enthusiasts.

The Mighty FC

Built by the Jeep Product Design Studio

Where do you start? This truck is a show piece from top to bottom. The design team started with a Wrangler Rubicon and repositioned the cabin over and ahead of the front axle. The Mighty FC required rework of nearly every aspect of the vehicle but the build quality and presentation is incredible. Off-road function is dramatically improved with the addition of Mopar's new Portal Axle set. These offset axles offer maximum ground clearance without requiring excessive suspension lift.

Mopar's Front Portal Axle (8-lug, part number P5155670) and Rear Portal Axle (8-lug, part number P5155671) are available from yoru MOPAR dealer (Dynatrac is also MOPAR dealer. Dynatrac is honored to be a part of the build of this incredible vehicle.

Jeep J-12

Built by the Jeep Product Design Studio

The J-12 is essentially an extended version of MOPAR’s JK-8 pickup conversion kit for the Jeep Wrangler. Starting with a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited, the frame was stretched 18” to allow a full 6 foot cargo bed. A custom front fender set and hood were created as a nod to the beloved Jeep Gladiator series. Equipped with a ProRock 44 front axle and a ProRock 60 rear, this rig is as tough as it looks. The J-12 is an instant classic.

Lower 40

Built by the Jeep Product Design Studio

Lower 40 is a couple of years old now but the attention it commands it as strong as ever. The Jeep design group is justifiably proud of this rig. Low slung, fast, sexy, fast, capable and fast, this 5.7 Hemi equipped rig is a real crowd pleaser (did I mention it was fast?). With a ProRock 44 up front, this rig has been able to do it all.

Jeep Wrangler Renegade

The Wrangler Renegade is a very special 2 door. Equipped with a 6.4 Hemi and a 6 speed manual transmission, this Jeep is running 35” tires and ProRock 60s. It’s not flashy, in fact it’s a bit of a sleeper but the quality of this build is very evident. Our time with it in Moab on the slick rock showed this Jeep to be very capable.

Nukiser M-715

Built by the Jeep Product Design Studio

Nuk is another one-of-a-kind Jeep. Modeled after the old M715 war horse, this rig is a crowd favorite. Based off of an extended JK Wrangler Unlimited frame, this Diesel powered truck has a Hybrid ProRock 44/60 front and a full floating 60 rear. One of the most popular concept Jeeps ever, this rig is almost too nice to take off road. Almost.

Jeep Wrangler 'Pork Chop'

'Pork Chop' is a JK Jeep on a diet. All modifications were determined by potential weight savings. It was designed to be fully capable but very light weight. No heavy bumpers and few creature comforts. Doors? Who needs ‘em? Watching this little lightweight work on the rocks is a real joy.
